The pilgrimage to the House of Mother Aparecida is one of the most memorable moments in the life of a traveller of faith. In 2026, Guatambu Travel had the joy of leading two full caravans from Porto Alegre to the Vale do Paraíba: the first in January, opening the year under the blessings of the Patroness of Brazil, and the second in June, which also took in the birthplace of Santo Antônio de Sant'Anna Galvão, in Guaratinguetá.

Travelling by coach on a long route calls for absolute comfort, punctuality and a welcoming atmosphere. Our passengers enjoyed the comfort of leito seats (fully reclining sleeper seats), carefully chosen technical stops and the warm welcome of our onboard team.

The spiritual experience in Aparecida and Guaratinguetá

On arriving in Aparecida, the impact of the Basílica Nova renews the soul. Our groups have plenty of time, and support, to attend Mass, visit the original Image in the Capela das Velas, walk the Passarela da Fé and see the Museu Nossa Senhora Aparecida.

In neighbouring Guaratinguetá, the visit to the Santuário de Frei Galvão, the house where the saint was born and the historic Seminário Franciscano offer an immersion in popular devotion and in the history of the first saint born on Brazilian soil.

Moments that mark the journey

The true spirit of a caravan is found both at the destination and along the way. On board, respect and joy create bonds of friendship that last long after the return:
